Important!
- Before submitting, you mustupload your charter to your website and you must include the picture of your upload location.
- Please do NOT submit unless you have all the required information as listed on the Charter Submission Forms pages. If you don't, you can't be Chartered so it's easier to wait until you have it all. It saves everyfurre time. Thanks. :)
- Please make certain you have a screenshot of the location of your Guild Dream so as to avoid confusion.
- Be aware that we will NOT charter guild names that are registered trademarks.
- You may not charter anywhere inside the main building of Allegria Island.
- "Founding" members has been changed to "Charter" members to make everything a little less confusing. All guilds must maintain a list of 10. If one quits, add another by e-mailing guildcharter@furcadia.com.
- Your charter members must be unique. That is, they may not be listed on any other guild's charter. If you are unsure of a furre's availability, you can check the database here (Note: The database is maintained by a third party, not DEP, and is subject to occasional service outages).
- You must wait 30 days before a charter is granted.
- We are changing Roleplay to Strict Roleplay and Persona Play to Persona Roleplay. If you want a Strict Roleplay charter, your guild must have an organized continuity that you stick to.
- The difference between Persona RolePlay and Strict RolePlay is simply, PRP accepts outside continuities(stories from non-members) and SRP does not.
- We will consider announcements of Social Guild activities on the opening screen, but otherwise, please do not request this. Instead, you may send a short info byte about your guild to guildcharter@furcadia.com and we'll consider announcing it on the News channel.
- Submitting an intent to charter does not guarantee that you will get your requested spot, your spot is only guaranteed when the charter is processed.
- We reserve the right to not charter spots that other dreams have used regularly, even if they are not chartered!
Intent to Charter
Before you may submit your charter, you must submit an "Intent to Charter" 30 days prior. This is a simple document e-mailed to guildcharter@furcadia.com as soon as you establish your guild, and should contain the following:
- Guild Title
- Rah name and E-Mail Address
- Type of Guild (Social/PRP,SRP)
- Intended upload location (X,Y coordinates and main map name)
- Exactly 10 Charter Members and their e-mail addresses
